We provide 3 years warranty for interlocking:

1. for ruts on driveway (if redid foundation)
2. for not settled moving bricks
3. for bricks which are naturally cracked

Chips on bricks, and joint sand work are not included.

We provide 1 year warranty for Retaining Wall:
Any sliding,
Any overturning

Joint sand can't go inside copping gaps because of the bricks structure, that is normal and not in the warranty.

1 years warranty for natural cracking.

1 year warranty for half inch cracks.

Clients need to maintain the lawn, there is no warranty for sodding.

3 years warranty covers major structural defects, not including the cracks.
